10-week 1-on-1 Mindset Program for Students & Athletes

A new level of drive, confidence, and focus

The Process

  • Right after signing on, gain complete access to your coach for insight, guidance, anything you need. We’ll meet with the student/athlete and their circle to identify mindset strengths and gaps and create a personalized plan for the 10-weeks ahead.

  • Weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions (60 min, remote or in-person in Red Bank, NJ). You’ll learn what mindset actually is, why it matters, and how to build it. Between sessions, you’ll apply proven tools to your sport, hobby, or daily life.

  • Stronger motivation and drive. Sharpened focus. Genuine confidence that’s rooted in evidence. Composure under pressure. Toughness in adversity. Real skills that you’ll use for life.
