10-week Mindset Program for Students & Athletes

The Process

  • Right away, gain complete access to your coach for insight, guidance, anything you need. We’ll meet with the student/athlete and their circle to identify mindset strengths and gaps and create a personalized plan for the 10-weeks ahead.

  • Weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions (60 min, remote or in-person in Red Bank, NJ). You’ll learn what mindset actually is, where it shows up, and how to build it. Between sessions, you’ll apply proven tools to your sport, hobby, or daily life.

  • Increased motivation and drive. Sharpened focus. Genuine confidence. Composure under pressure. Toughness in adversity. The skills that define success in all aspects of life.
