The Cookie Jar
STEP 1: Create a list of all the things you’re proud of, ranked in order. Anything you can look back on and think “I did that.”
Examples- Big wins, challenges overcome, fears faced, work put in, good deeds, etc.
STEP 2: Memorize your top 3. Use them for fuel whenever things get tough or you need a boost.
STEP 3: Keep it updated. Whenever you earn a cookie, add it to the jar. Fuller jar = higher confidence.
